On July 28, 2004, Lionel and Cheryl Kozun and Lionel's sister Carolyn Korpach and her husband Dave purchased Coventry Funeral Services from the Alderwoods Group.
Lionel and Cheryl chose to remain in Nipawin and raise their family. Although Dave and Carolyn live in Calgary, they still have strong ties to Nipawin and consider it home.
"We were all born and raised in Nipawin and area so we were excited to be able to own our own business here. We take pride in our work and feel honoured to be able to help families during a difficult time. We are proud to say that Coventry Funeral Services is locally and privately owned and operated. We are committed to the community and families we serve."
